Modern was founded by Damien and Mia Melle, in 2000.
We are husband and wife, business partners, best of friends, and everything in between. For the last 20 years (OMG) we have been living and breathing this real estate life and enjoy sharing our experience and knowledge with our team and clients. Our entrepreneurial spirit (or insanity as some people might say) motivates us each and every day to continually improve upon our processes, the level of customer service we provide to our property owners and renters, and simply be the best company we can be.
We are proud to say that Modern is one of the largest property management firms in the Inland empire with over half a billion dollars of assets under management. As the real estate market shifts, we understand the importance of being able to move with it. We want to be here for our clients as they navigate their real estate investment journey and be able to offer as many useful resources as possible under one roof.
